Get a millimeter ruler

You need a ruler with millimeters or a flexible measuring tape. If you don't have one, you can use a strip of paper, mark the width of your nail, and then measure the paper with a ruler.

Compare with the table and choose your size

Measure the width of each natural nail, side to side, not including the skin on the sides. Compare your measurements to the table below and choose the size — S, M or L — that's closest.
